Ayodhya, India: Shivalingas have been found at the Babri Masjid, which is believed to be the birthplace of Rama. Similarly, there are carvings on the sandstone. According to ANI news agency, Champath Roy, general secretary of the Rama Janmabhoomi Tirtha Kshetra Trust, said the items were found during the process of leveling up the Ramjanbhumi location.
“For the past 10 days, the ground has been cleared of debris. On this occasion pillars were found in the ruins of the building. We also got sculptures in sandstones. There was also a Shivalinga. Kuber Teela also got a Shivalinga, ”said Champat Roy.
Last year, the Supreme Court ruled in the Ayodhya Ramjanbhumi controversy that the disputed land was handed over to the Hindus. Where the construction of the Ram Mandir has been facilitated. Accordingly, preparations were made to build a temple there. With the approval of the sheriff, the space is being upgraded.
